Chocolate Biscotti

I was leery of this recipe because there was no butter, but since it had good reviews, I tried it. The biscotti came out great. The only change I made was to add about 1/2 tsp. almond extract. Delicioso!

Easy Quiche

I've made this recipe many times and my family loves it. The only changes I've made are that I add 1/2 tsp. black pepper and I only bake it for 30 to 35 minutes. Thank you for the recipe!

Quick Black Forest Cake

Very quick and easy to make and my family loved it! I followed the recipe exactly, but the next time I make it, I'll try using a bundt pan as others have suggested. I put the cake in the refrigerator overnight, and it tasted even better chilled, especially the glaze.

Very easy to make and came out great. They're not overly sweet and have a very good taste and texture. The recipe says it makes 3 dozen, but I ended up with 5 dozen, and that's a good thing!!

Classic Candied Sweet Potatoes

Very simple and easy recipe, which came out great. During the last 5 minutes of baking, I removed the lid and sprinkled mini marshmallows on top and let them brown. The next time I make this, I might cut down on the sugar a bit also.

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Delicious! The next time I make it, I'll try using only 1/2 cup nuts on the bottom and on top instead of a whole cup. Other than that, I wouldn't change the recipe at all.

Basic Crepes

Good recipe! Fast and easy to make. We filled them with strawberry preserves and dusted them with powdered sugar. My family loved them. I had to make them again for breakfast a few days later. This recipe is definately a keeper!

Choco-coconut Bars

Tasted as good as a Mounds candy bar or better! Next time I make them, I'll try using a smaller pan, so that the filling will be thicker, and I'll cut them into one-inch squares. Hopefully, it will be easier to dip them in the chocolate. Other than that, I wouldn't change the recipe at all.
