My cooking tragedies
Not a huge tragedy, but forgetting the tuna in a tuna cassarole is pretty bad.

Banana Pudding Cake
Made this when I had overripe bananas and wanted something other than a banana bread recipe. While it may be a "doctored-up" cake mix recipe, it is a great way to make a dessert when you don't have a lot of time. Just took a few minutes to throw the ingredients together and mix. At the suggestion of others, I did add vanilla and used 3 bananas. I left off the glaze, and it was still good. Got many compliments when I took this to work. Will make again.

Chocolate Crinkles II
These are so yummy! I would like to try freezing the dough as one reviewer suggested, as this dough gets very sticky quickly once it's outside the fridge.

Pumpkin Pancakes
After having some really tasty pumpkin pancakes at IHOP, I wanted to try making them. This recipe is tasty. The only thing I did differently was add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. I would like to find the syrup that IHOP uses with their cakes, but these taste great without anything extra. My 2 1/2 year old daughter and I noshed on these without butter or syrup.
