Im on my own for the first time in a while, and I like to experiment with all kinds of recipes! I love to cook chicken of any kind, I love veggies, and fruit! We always have a huge get together for birthdays, holidays, and just about any excuse to have one, and food plays a huge role in it! I cooked Thanksgiving by myself for the first time last year(2008) and I cooked everything, from the turkey to the stuffing... everything. I was so proud of myself when I got done and everyone loves it, and said that it was almost as good as my late grandma. I almost cried! I was trying to show off for an ex of mine by cooking, but ended up burning everything. I should have used an oven I was used to!
