Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs

WOW AWESOME! The whole family loved it and there was NO left overs! Wonderful. I have also made the sauce without the Ribs, and then poured the sauce over Fried Chicken Nuggets, and also Fried Popcorn shrimp! It's GOOD, and I agree that whatever you use the sauce on, it goes good with rice!

Speedy Homemade Salsa

Made this Salsa to go with the appetizer Tortilla scoop chips at our cookout. Everyone loved it and said I have to always make it now. I used double everything to make double the salsa. Had a little bit left over so the next morning I made Salsa Omlets. They were good too! I used Fresh Tomatos.
