Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

My hubby & I aren't crazy about mushrooms, but I'm going to make this without. From all the rave reviews, I can't imagine that 1/4 C of mushrooms could make much difference.

Ranch Dressing II

Thanks, Dawnia! This is fabulous! I used the 1/2 cup version that some others had posted with mayo, sour cream & buttermilk, misread the garlic and put 1/4 tsp of the squeezable garlic instead of garlic salt, but all else is the same and it's just wonderful! This recipe is definitely a keeper and one I'll be making from here on out! This is a winner! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I use the basic recipe, but sub canned white chicken meat and diced potatoes. I also use a can of cream of chicken soup. This is a keeper!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I made this recipe today. I have many recipes similar that use 1/2 the ingredients, which I did and I made 80 cookies. This recipe is for a double batch, which will make anywhere between 144 & 180 cookies easily. I added 1 tsp. salt and an extra 1/4 cup of flour since I live at 8200 feet. I used instant French Vanilla pudding and this is a keeper. Thanks for sharing, Debbi. We LOVE this one!
