This was a great recipe. HOWEVER do take into consideration the sweetness of your apples I didn't and had to through my first batch out becaue it was too sweet for me and that's saying something. I used half the sugar the second time around and it turned out great. I was using honey crisp apples and they are very sweet so do keep that in mind!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

This is the best pound cake recipe I've found. I've tried a lot of them, but this one is moist inside with a crunchy top. It is stays moist for a long time. It also freezes nicely.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Loved these cookies, they were just what I was looking for. I, like some others, used all butter and no crisco. They were chewy and delicious.

Bill's Sausage Gravy

This gravy was great! I had reservations about using maple sausage, but it was really good. I made 2 batches one with hot sausage for my husband and he liked it that way better.
