These turned out perfectly. I made the pudding with half and half (although after filling the cream puffs I had a lot of pudding left over--next time I'll just make one mix). The dough came together nicely. I made 16 cream puffs so they're slightly bigger. They were done in 21 minutes using parchment paper to cover the pan. I followed another reviewers advice and used a toothpick to poke a hole in the side of each cream puff immediately after pulling them out of the oven. Then allowed them to cool on the pan. This worked pretty well, I only had one deflate on me. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing.
