Kate's Light n' Fluffy Buttermilk and Chocolate Chip Waffles

These were so delicious that my kids did not even ask for syrup! I substituted the milk for buttermilk and omitted the buttermilk powder. YUMMY!!!!

Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole

These cookies are the absolute best sugar cookies I have ever made. My daughter loved helping me and we decorated with sprinkles. She always asks for them. I'm sure we will cherish the recipe, and the joy of making them together time and time again. (We are making Halloween themed ones this weekend.)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were the best cookies I've ever made. They were chewy, moist, rich, and flavorful. I double all cookie recipes by default in my house. Even with doubling this recipe, I couldn't keep enough in my house. They were gone as fast as they were put into the cookie jar. One thing though, I took them out of the oven at 8 minutes.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

DELICIOUS! Way to much for just me, a 1 year old, and a 3 year old. I should have made less batter. I'm sure my 3 year old will love the leftovers though. (You just keep them sealed overnight then toast them the next day.)

Red Velvet Cake I

I made this cakes using the recommendations of the other users, (like so many of you did), and it turned out really tasty. I made 24 cupcakes like another user did. I was however disappointed that they were very flat, and some sunk in in the middle. Kind of strange. I did exactly what you all said to do, with the 1 cup of oil and 2 cups of sugar. I also used 3 tbsp of cocoa. They tasted FANTASTIC though and they were all gone before I even got to eat one. Thankfully, I did get to try one when my 3 year old brought me hers with the icing all licked off. LOL!

Orange-Cranberry Upside-Down Cake

I made this to take as a dessert for a BBQ. I had about 5 small navel oranges that needed to be eaten up. I decided to make this with all five oranges and no cranberries. It was a huge hit. My Husband hates cake and never eats it. He went back for seconds of this cake, (after I begged him to have a first serving to begin with.)

Deluxe Mashed Potatoes

I thought they were super delicious. They are the FIRST mashed potatoes that my 3 year old would eat. I did grate cheddar cheese on the top before I baked them. FANTASTIC!
