Blueberry Cheese Danish

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
This was DELICIOUS. Sure, it took a little longer to make then it said it did, but I loved it. It looks FABULOUS, and has everything thinking you spent more time on it then you actually did. I made it for my mom for mothers day. :) Turned out great for me!

Red Velvet Cookies

These are very easy and so good! They came out pretty small for me... and instead of chopped nuts on top I just put half of a pecan.

No Bakes

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
My youngest brother adores these even though he usually doesn't like chocolate and peanut butter together. Very easy! Don't worry if it's pretty runny when you are dishing them out - they firm up. At least mine did. :D Anyway, very good. I didn't use quite as much sugar as some people suggested, and it was still great!

Glazed Lemon Muffins

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
Wow! These are amazing! I made them for my mom on Mothers Day - she loved them, as did the rest of the family, even those who don't like lemon! For me, the batter made 18 muffins, and a loaf of bread. The loaf DID NOT turn out well, it was going in the middle, but really brown on the outside, so I would do all muffins. I halfed the crumb recipe, and had the perfect amount. Will use this one often!

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Reviewed: May 4, 2009
I just finished making this (with butter) and while it is thinner then some icing, it wasn't to thin. It didn't make as much as I hoped, but it's very easy, and uses ingredients my family always has in the house! I added some salt so it wasn't as sugary!

Irish Bannock

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
I made this for breakfast to surprise my family. It came out looking really good. I didn't have raisons. I thought I had dried cranberry's, but didn't. So I chopped up some dried apricots. REALLY GOOD! I also put in a little cinnamon for flavor. And like other people suggested, use all the milk! We ate this slathered with jam. Yummy!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
This is a very good recipe. I used Whipping Cream instead of cool whip. This recipe serves more then you would expect. I'm in a family of 6, and we can usually clean up a 13 x 9 inch pan. But this recipe is rich enough that we only ate half of that!
