Roasted Vegetables and Puff Pastry

My husband really loved this! I used diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, so did not add any additional garlic. I also accidentally bought French feta and it was really quite nice (creamier and a milder flavor). This is a keeper!

Yogurt Chicken

The chicken was very moist and came out nicely. Next time I will add more lemon and more garlic as I felt the chicken needed a bit more flavor. But this recipe is a keeper! Very easy.

Brownie Torte

I was a bit afraid that this would just be brownies in a round pan, but it definitely was not! It was dense and fudgy, and the glaze came out absolutely perfectly. Before chilling, I decorated the top with sliced strawberries - it looked great with little effort! Keep this chilled at all times and serve with vanilla ice cream.

Cheater Pot Pie

My husband and I really love chicken pot pie, but the taste of this chicken pot pie was too "processed" for us. The biscuit topping is too salty as well. The recipe was fast, but sacrificed flavor. We won't be making this again.
