Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake
It wasn't pretty, but it tasted darn good! Followed the recipe exactly and did water bath and it still cracked, but that doesn't matter because it was the best cheesecake ever! Served with cherry pie filling and cool whip and got lots of compliments. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
Excellent cake! Followed others' advice and subbed some applesauce for oil, also added 1 1/2 cups choc chips, which was almost too many. A cup would have been plenty. Used 9x13 and mine was done in 40 minutes. Very moist and very good flavor. For icing, I microwaved a can of store bought icing and poured it over the cake. Thanks for the recipe!
