Health Nut Blueberry Muffins

Made some changes! Used 1/4 cup cracked wheat (soaked) instead of oat bran;1/2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked) instead of nuts;1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup milk instead of buttermilk. Very close to the Tim Hortons blueberry multi-grain!

Lime Chicken Picante

Very simple and very good! The only reason I tried this was because one of the reviews said their children had seconds. My children are very picky and HATE chicken. However they love anything with a little mexican flare and loved this! Thanks for this 5 star recipe!!!
