Baked Ziti II
We thought this was unoffensive, but just a little bland, like it was missing something. Maybe a better spaghetti sauce was needed (we used Newman's Own Marinara). If I were to make it again, I would add fresh garlic and some italian seasoning.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
Oh yum, this is so good! I made muffins, and they are perfect. I used half whole wheat flour, half white, and subbed aplesauce for about half of the oil. I also didn't have quite enough zucchini so I shredded a couple smaill carrots to make the full 3 cups. Delish!

Cream of Cauliflower Soup II
Delicious! I left out the sherry because it was so good without it I couldn't imagine it improving it any and was afraid it would distract. My son, who would never eat a bowl of cauliflower, carrots and potatoes, gobbled this up - great way to get those veggies in. Thanks for a delicious and healthy recipe.
