Turned out well. They were burger sized and were very soft buns. a little on the bland side but will make again.

Honey Hoisin Pork Chops

made exactly as recipe states. Thought recipe was ok, but don't think I would make again. I like all the individual ingredients but not sure I like them all combined.

Made as specified except only used 1/2 cup butter instead of 1 cup to cut down on fat/calories. Still turned out good. Husband and kids both devoured.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2011
Couldn't find 19 oz can of beans so used can and a half which was about 23 oz. Next time would just stick to the 1 can (15 oz). Love that this is healthy. Hubby and kids didn't know it was made with beans or they wouldn't have touched it but the kids actually came back for seconds. I added some almond extract which some family members loved but personally would probably leave out next time. Cake was dense and chocolately and very rich. Paired extremely well with some fresh strawberries.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
This is a Thanksgiving favorite. We have made several times and everyone loves it. I usually skip the cream and just add milk or fat free half and half to save on some fat and calories but it still tastes very rich.

Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori

surprisingly easy and tasty. still felt like it was missing something but will make again. May try and increase the spices next time and add some cayenne for a little heat. very good starter though. Chicken was very moist and tender.

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
kids loved them. Made recipe as stated. Next time I will probably scale the recipe to 1 1/2 times. Even making mini-muffins, these turned out super tiny since there didn't seem to be enough batter to go around.

Microwave Popcorn

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
Thrilled I tried this. turned out perfect. I used a little less popcorn (1/3 cup) and adjusted oil accordingly. made with olive oil to be healthier. Very light tasting fluffy popcorn with hardly any unpopped kernals. Thanks.

Good flavor...would definately make again. Only change i would make is to cut the amount of salt. Mine turned out way salty, but other than that no other changes.

Tasty. Made a little healthier by subbing 1/2 the mayo with plain yogurt and only adding sugar to taste.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
This came out really well. Instead of bouillion I used a chicken paste made out of soup stock that is a substitute for bouillion, but kept everything else the same. Was happy for this recipe as we head into the cold winter months.

Soft Garlic Breadsticks

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
sticks were nice and soft but didn't fluff up and rise as much as those in the picture. I even used a brand new package of yeast and followed directions exactly. Not too pretty, but family still enjoyed them.

this was very tasty. I made as specified except omitting the MSG. I added some sauteed mushrooms which only added to the flavor of the original recipe.
