The BEST Mashed Potatoes, ever!

Delish...a litty soupy the last time I made it, if this happens again I will cut the milk in recipe down to 3/4 c. I added some browned garlic cloves to this and it was phenomenal.

The BEST Pot Roast, ever!

Delicious served over homemade mashed potatoes. Original recipe called for 2-3 lbs round steak, can modify recipe accordingly, cook time may need to be bumped to 6-8 hours if more meat is added to recipe though. Hubby wants to try this with 2 lbs. stew meat instead.

Tater Tot Casserole

We tried it with just the can of mushroom and no seasonings and it was good, but not great, looking for ways to modify to make it a GREAT dish. Will try it this way next with the additional can of chicken and seasoned meat to see if we like it better.

Chicken Enchiladas V

AMAZING, with some modifications. Added all of the sour cream/soup mixture to the chicken mixture to stuff the enchiladas with. The chicken/onions mixture alone was way too dry without it. I then topped the enchiladas with a mixture of 1 can red enchilada sauce + 1 can cream of mushroom stirred together then poured on top. Sprinkled Tony's seasoning all over the top for a little kick, plus a little mozzerella cheese on top with the cheddar cheese. Me & hubby think these are the best enchiladas ever!

Best Green Bean Casserole

Used french style green beans, mixed in ALL of the shredded cheese and 3 oz. french fried onions with the green beans. No need to heat anything in microwave, just mix and bake. Delicious!!

Candied Yams

Drained potatoes and mashed them, then mixed together with brown sugar, sprinkled cinnamon ALL over the sliced butter. Uncover for last 10 minutes to brown marshmallows (and add EXTRA marshmallows than recipe calls for). Delicious!!! This is my go-to sweet potato recipe :))

Baked Potato Soup

Followed the 1/2 tsp basil + 1/4 tsp thyme suggestion and loved it. Next time will cooking the potatoes prior to adding them to the soup! Delicious!

Easy Sugar Cookies

Amazing cookies but following the recipe exactly yields a too crumbly cookie mixture. MELT the butter first. I added 1/2 stick butter & 1 tsp vanilla to the original recipe for richer cookies.
