Thank you for the recipe. I made this last month and became my husband's lunch for one week with steamed rice. Now he requested it again. Good for me to prepare one week meal for him in advance.

Japanese Zucchini and Onions

I used spaghetti pasta instead of linguine because that's the only pasta at home. I don't have cream cheese but it turned out good for our taste. I will try next time with cream cheese because my husband loves it.

Beth's Peach-Nectarine Muffins

I used nectarine only. Made 12 servings. I add cinnamon, nitron and vanilla. I don't have muffin tray so I baked using bread loaf tray. This is the first time I made muffin and I don't have background for baking. I bake for 50 minutes at 200 C. My father-in-law and my husband loves it, and so do I.

Chicken Macaroni Salad

I sauted the chicken in garlic and dried basil then set aside. I follow the recipes then add one can of corn. I made this for my hubby lunch for one week and he didn't complain! :-)

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

I cooked this recipe twice and my Norwegian in-laws loved it! I baked it for 30 mins. I marinate it overnight for the first time I tried this recipe and for the second time marinated it for just one hour. It turned out the same taste! Yummy!!
