it wasnt good at all, the filling was wayyy to soft, it doesnt cut up at all, i even made a crust for it, and it only helped a little! and taste nothing like eclair! wont make again!

Ono Butter Mochi

Just wanted to clarify that Mochiko is actually just plain rice flour, not glutinous rice flour, if you make it with the glutinous rice flour (which are available in most of the Asian markets, Chinatowns..) you will end up with something thats very sticky... i made it with 1% milk and it was very good still!!

made it yesterday for my make-up thanksgiving day..YUM.....i did cut it too it was a bit when you are making yours, please remember, it is so good that it is worth the wait!!!!! i had picky eaters at the party, so i skipped the rosemary...
