Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
so easy and so good. I did the provolone and thin sliced lunch ham. It worked well. I didn't have a chicken flattening tool so I used a soup can turned on it's side. it works as long as you keep the chicken in the plastic wrap. thaks for the recipie it's a keeper!

it was good and the kids liked it but I thought it was a little too sweet. I'll try just bread crumbs next time.

Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 22, 2005
for my first cheesecake I was pretty darn proud of myself. No cracks due to anothers suggestion for a water bath. I must have made too much crust or something so I'm going to double the filling. Definately doing this again!

Cornell Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: May 22, 2005
I thought this was a good recipe. Distinct flavor. Not your everyday chicken. I did reduce the amount of vinegar to 1 cup. Thanks Kathy for something else to do with chicken!!

Garlic and Herb Marinade

very good flavor. I used chicken breast with bone in. cooked at 300* for about an hour then BBQ'D for perfect taste and color. The whole family loved it. I especially loved it cold the next day. I added orange juice instead of water.

Classic Waffles

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2005
Oh no we ran out of waffle mix! you will never hear those words again. This is the easiest and best homemade waffles ever. We ate them all! I did add whole wheat flour 1/2 cup and 1 1/2 cup white. gotta get little bit of fiber in there somewhere.

Quick Chili I

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2005
great quick dinner! We don't care for tomatoes in chunk form so I exchanged the can of stewed tomatoes for more tomato sauce and used chicken broth instead of water. I like to use ground turkey as well. Top with a blob of sour cream and cheese. YUM! Thank you Pam.

very good bread. I made it in the bread machine but added 1/4 c. more flour. the next time I made it I tried adding wheat flour 1 c. and baked it in the oven... It was dry I think it needed a little more oil or something but it still tasted awesome!

absolutley the best bread pudding I've ever made. I doubled the recipe but only used 7 eggs. I used a low fat marj instead of butter and sprayed a 9x13 pan with pam. I also used a regular loaf of raisin bread.( all but 3 slices) I will make again thanks
