Stuffed Strawberries

Good, but you've got to really like peanut butter to appreciate this one. A little goes a long way. I prefer turtle cheesecake, but this isn't bad.

Rhubarb Berry Jam

This is SO good! I like that it's not overly sweet, as so many of the jams are. My husband can't make toast fast enough to use this on. Wish it was a little thicker though. Has anyone tried using more jello?

Mushroom, Cheese, and Haddock Bake

I ommitted the chili peppers, as my husband doesn't care for them. We thought the dish was very blah, with little to no flavor. Could be because of the missing peppers. Anyway, don't think I'll be doing this one again.

Anniversary Chicken I

Didn't care for this. Chicken is very tough after baking for 25-35 minutes. There's something about the combination of Ranch dressing and teriyaki that was very strange tasting and left an after-taste that we didn't care for. Plenty salty too. Won't be making this again!
