Moist and yummy to the last slice! I used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar for this recipe... I sliced the apples in cubes to achieve a crunchier result.. I topped the cake with Vanilla Glaze! Will definitely bake this again :)

Marshmallow Icing

very simple, light and fluffy! Beat it for 10 minutes and it looks so lovely on my chocolate cupcakes... make sure you use miniature marshmallows so its easy to melt.. Tks Carol :)

Mini Cheesecakes

totally a hit! I made them the first time last night and it came out PERFECT as I expected. I used Red Ruby Cherry toppings and they are sooo beautiful, and mouthwatering... I also used graham for the base - 2 cups of crushed grahams, 8 tablespoons of melted butter and 8 tablespoons of white sugar...and cream cheese should be in room temperature.. i baked them for 20 minutes... will definitely bake this again :)
