Totally amazing, seriously. Wow. Okay......I used a garlic infused olive oil in mine and I also added a garlic and onion seasoning that I have to the dough. I broke the dough into half because I wanted to make a round foccacia. This recipe easily makes two large rounds of foccacia. As I olied my baking sheet, I sprinkled it with corn meal before placing my dough onto the sheet. The first round I added more garlic and onion seasoning along with a romano, parm. cheese mixture and the garlic oil and salt. The second round I skipped the cheese but added everything else on top and preferred that taste much more. This will become a staple. You can easily change up the flavor like I did by removing the rosemary and adding different seasonings or using an infused oil. Very highly recommend this easy to make and bake recipe!
