Healthier No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2013
Very impressive! I wasn't sure how these would turn out. Very chocolate-y and the peanut butter is a great component. I used some crunchy peanut butter than I accidently purchased. I sifted some cinnamon on top. Would absolutely make this again!

Ellen's Chocolate Chipotle Ice Cream

Reviewed: May 25, 2013
The name of the recipe is misleading, it should be called sorbet which has a water/sugar base as this recipe does. Ice cream has a typical base of milk/cream base and custard is cream/egg. Spice such as chipotle along with good Dutch cocoa powder is great, but better complimented with cinnamon which is what I added to the recipe. I did love the amount of cocoa and chocolate in the recipe.

Hot Chipotle Mocha

Reviewed: May 23, 2013
I love making any type of latte or mocha recipe. I had to try this but sadly this is not a true mocha, it's a bit misleading as I would describe this more like flavored coffee.

Campfire S'Mores Latte

Reviewed: May 22, 2013
The Smucker's Marshmallow sauce is what sets this recipe apart as it provides the right taste to the s'mores combination and adds to the creaminess of the latte. I add milk chocolate chips and marshmallows on top, although that can be optional.

Easy Mini Bagel Pizzas

Reviewed: May 21, 2013
Quick and easy, mini pizzas in the simplest form. My daughter and I enjoyed this as a quick dinner. I made my homemade pizza sauce to use on this. I would like to add a couple of other toppings or cheeses to mine next time. Great recipe!

Chocolate Allspice Dessert Nachos

Reviewed: May 9, 2013
Super simple yet very tasty. I downsized the recipe to one serving. I was pleseantly surprised by the perfect blend of butter, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, and allspice. I topped with all of the suggested toppings. The best part is you could make a large batch and store the leftover chips. They would also be a great gift to a host coupled with a homemade jar of the sauces.

Night Lemon Sauza®-Rita

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2013
This was a good cocktail, although not my personal favorite. I made it with Ginger Ale and lemon as I don't usually have lemon-lime soda at home. I would make this again, my husband enjoyed it!

This was my favorite Sauza recipe! I blended the ice into the drink and loved how frothy it was. I will be making this one again!

Seasoned Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2013
Make sure to cut back on the oil, I just used a couple of tablespoons at the most. This was a great combination and I look forward to making this again.

Peanut Butter Cookies X

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2013
I liked these - they have a smooth taste and texture. I added 1 teaspoon of salt to the recipe and made half with 60% dark chocolate chips and the other half with quality milk chocolate chips. My daughter and her friend loved them. I was looking for a recipe that didn't require brown sugar because I ran out, yet was looking to bake on this gloomy day. This recipe hit the spot, thanks!

Coconut and Banana Smoothie

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2013
I will make this again and again! I really enjoyed this recipe and makes for a great meal in the morning or when I crave something sweet. The flavor isn't really all that sweet, but it is thick and creamy. I made mine with regular coconut milk, but used non-fat vanilla greek frozen yogurt instead of regular ice cream.

Classic Waffles

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2013
5 star recipe! Ironically the same day I brought my new waffle iron home, I saw this recipe on Pinterest. I made the recipe exactly as written and they came out perfect. I topped them with pureed strawberry sauce and coconut whipped cream.

Creamy Pesto Gnocchi with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2013
Simple yet one of my favorite new recipes. This is absolutely amazing! I left out the cream, you could make it either way but it is more savory without it. This is a new family favorite we will make over and over again!

Bananas Foster II

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2013
Can you believe I never had Bananas Foster before? This was a first and it turned out great. I made this to go with my homemade vanilla ice cream. I followed the recipe as written but left out the rum since I don't keep it on hand.
