I made pancakes yesterday morning and I decided to make chocolate chip pancakes. I prefer a little butter and just a dabof real maple syrup. What kind of pancakes do you prefer?

Blueberry is probably my all time fave! I also really enjoyed the Pumpkin Pancakes on AR, and recently made some Oatmeal Pancakes (from Grouprecipes) that were awesome.

I really like blueberry, chocolate chips, and just plain with strawberries and whipped cream

Right now I'm on a pumpkin pancake, real maple syrup, walnuts, pecans, and no butter spree. Yours looks really good too. I might just make that for Pancake Week - February 22-28.

I'm with you all the way! Real butter, real maple syrup (homemade by my husband's mother straight from Northern Wisconsin!), and (mini) chocolate chips. Yum! I like "Good Old Fashioned Pancakes" from this site, too!

We love to THINLY slice fresh, ripe peaches and place them on pancakes just after batter has been poured on griddle. So juicy & yummy. My son loves confectioner's sugar on his, but I love butter & maple syrup. Gotta try it!

I love blueberry & my son loves chocolate chip...like you made. There is a cafe here in our town that serves every kind of pancake imaginable & I'm sure they would do special requests...they have banana, strawberry, strawberry banana, raspberry, raspberry & white choc., blueberry, pumpkin, peach. I'm sure there is more but I can't think of them. I love to try new things.

I'll almost always go for blueberry pancakes, but it depends on my mood. Sometimes I'm a fan of buckwheat pancakes, Swedish pancakes, pumpkin pancakes, blueberry cornmeal pancakes. My latest favorite is polenta pancakes, from a Mark Bittman recipe in the NY Times: http://www.nytimes.com/2006/12/20/dining/202mrex.html

OMG! Buckwheat pancakes, with peanut butter, brown sugar, and Vermont maple syrup (our family gets it from relatives). It sounds weird, but the sweet mixes well with the peanut butter. Though I did try banana nut pancakes with peanut butter...interesting flavor

About Me
I am a Southern California wife and mother of one. I am a simple person that enjoys home decor, baking, and spending time with my family. You can also find me on YouTube - House of Aqua: http://www.youtube.com/user/HouseOfAqua/videos?sort=dd&flow=list&page=1&view=0
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy making a variety of ice cream, cookies, cakes, and candies. In recent years I have branched out by making new dinner recipes and found that I enjoy the challenge.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have a daughter that loves to help me bake. We spend Christmas Eve in the kitchen making special cookies for Santa together.
My cooking triumphs
I consider tempering chocolate and making caramels a triumph. You either get it right or your wrong!
My cooking tragedies
I failed several times at trying to make fondant centers for truffles. I decided to put my candymaking book away for a while!
