Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2012
We had this tonight and I won't say it was bad, but it was not great. The flavor was okay, but the texture of this is practically meatloaf. It's mushy with too many bread crumbs.

Turkey Bow Tie Skillet

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2010
I made exactly as the recipe stated and it was so bland. I added whatever seasonings I could to amp the taste and I couldn't even save it until I added a 1/2 jar of marinara sauce.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2009
My husband and I found this to be really bland. I added a dash of salt and pepper and an extra clove of garlic. It needs something extra but I'm not sure what. Thanks anyways!

This is now our favorite way to eat salmon. I serve it with a big caesar salad.

Delicious! I used one yellow, 1 orange, and 1 red pepper. Hubby won't eat green pepper. Soo good!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
I made this recipe, and my husband wanted it again for dinner the next night! I'm not a huge fan of honey-mustard, but this chicken is sooo good. All I did differently was wrap the chicken in bacon for the entire 25 mins. I served over rice with extra sauce. You have to try this!

Broccoli Cheese Soup III

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This recipe is grreat! The first broccoli cheese soup I've ever made, but it's delicious. I did tweak a few things to suit our taste. I added a little more broccoli, a carrot, and 1/2 diced onion to make it hearty. I also decreased the chicken stock a little to make sure it wasn't watery, you can always add more if it's too thick. Thanks for sharing!

This stuffing is delicious! Definatly makes a lot, but thats okay, I used up the extra to stuff chicken breasts. My fiance asks me to make this stuffing all the time. I do add extra crab though.

Brownie Torte

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2008
The overall recipe is delicious and very rich. Although, next time I will leave off the strawberries and put them on the side as a topping. I sliced the strawberries and put them on top and the next day they were soggy and overpowering. I think they would be best to put on the side. Great torte and glaze though!
