Ramen Coleslaw
Followed suggestions using 1TBS Sesame oil, 1TBS Soy Sauce and Rice Wine Vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. Only 1TBS of sugar too. Toasted noodles with almonds. Next time don't add sesame seeds til almost the end as they sit on the bottom of the pan and brown faster. Okay overall, but needed more dressing.

Baked Tortilla Chips
Made these for a party and they were good. Didn't have the lime juice, but really look forward to adding that next time. Used olive oil. We don't use a lot of salt in our family, but I did feel the spice mix could have use a little more salt. I was doing a lot of tortillas and ran out of the spice, so the last couple batches had season salt, which was nice too if you are in a hurry or find yourself missing spices. Would be fun to mix it up if you wanted to make them to go with an artichoke dip - try Italian seasonings and some Parmesan cheese! Maybe some middle eastern spices for Hummus!

Light, Fluffy, Yummy home comfort goodness! Added 3 TBS fresh parsley and 1 TBS fresh chives. Increased to 9 servings and used about 3 TBS butter. Cooked on top of Rachel Ray's Chicken and Dumplings recipe, using a left over rotisserie chicken for the meat and to make the broth the night before.
