Cheesy Sausage Pasta

I wouldn't say that this is my favorite dish. But it is very good. My husband referred to it as "Homemade Hamburger Helper" made with sausage. I would possible make this again. Made as directed.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

What more do you have to say...peanut butter and chocolate! That is perfect. I sometimes use a peanut butter cookie mix when in a hurry. Thanks for the recipe!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Made this for Christmas and wasn't that impressed. I guess it is ok for a 1st time fudge maker that is looking for something easy but for me, I will try another recipe. Thank you anyway.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Very Rich! But wonderful! You don't really need icing for this cake. I did add peanut butter icing as a filling and for the top and then iced the sides with Chocolate Butter Cream! WOW!! It was so rich that I could barley finish my piece! My fault for the overload of icing! But others raved about it. I will make the cake again and dust it with powdered sugar!! Thanks!

I will never buy store bought again! These were great! I did double the sugar and vanilla as suggested. Served them with some warm Butter Whipped Maple Syrup! Oh SOOOO good!

Sweet and Savory Cheese Ball

Too salty and still not sure if I will serve it a the party I made it for. After tasting, I wanted to throw it away but a few mins later I wanted more...so who knows. I ate a few crackers more and seem to sort of like it...we'll see what the party people say....

I have a recipe that is similar and much better. I always make that one so when I saw this one I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. Well having the other one for so many years....I must say that it is so much better. Will not make again.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Very good! I love potato salad and this is super simple easy recipe. I didn't add 2 cups mayo. I just added until everything was coated well. Forgot to add the bacon and it was great just on it's own but then went back and added it b/c that was the reason I choose this recipe. Thought the bacon was a good addition. I ended up buying "real bacon" bacon pieces (peppercorn) to make it faster. It was a great addition! Not sure I will spend the time to make the bacon next time since it was so good with the bacon bits! Thanks!! Will make again and again!

Mexican Pork Chops

Just made this for dinner! It was great! I seasoned the chops with Paula Deens House seasoning and seared on each side. Cooked the rice 3/4 was through before adding it to the rest of the mix. Also used rotel instead of stewed tomatoes and green chillies. Will make again soon! Thanks!
