Orange Juice Cake

My aunt makes a homemade version of this cake, and it was FANTASTIC, try this cake with a chocolate gnache, it is out of this world!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I did things a bit different here.. mainly because i wanted a good chewy peanut butter cookie.. didnt really want chocolate anything in it. Instead of 1/2 cup peanut butter, I used 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter.. EVERYONE loved them at work!

Cherry Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I would just like to say how absolutely wonderful these cookies are. Every one single person who has had some, and ive made them a lot, loves them. I do substitute dried cranberries for the cherries, and I dont add the almond extract or the walnuts. I have never added cocoa, only because they are so good the way they are, i would hate to do something different and have them come out bad..lol...thanks for such a wonderful recipe!

Blackberry Cobbler

This recipe is EXACTLY like my Aunt Rose's recipe. It tastes just as wonderful as well. Perfect! FYI to some out there, cobbler is not pie. Im from the south and its a bit crusty and soft down here. Old country cookin is what this is. I only put 1 tsp of powder in my 2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp of soda. Came out perfect! Thanks for this wonderful recipe! I will be making other cobblers with this one. ;)

Taco Pie

I took some of the reviews into consideration before making this recipe. However, it was still a bit bland. If I make this again, I will spice it up a bit, and maybe find a crust thats a bit more crunchy, maybe put the chips on the bottom. At any rate, this was an ok recipe. Thanks for sharing it.
