Just made this, had fresh tarragon, parsley and basil in my garden, I love tarragon. Used can diced tomatoes, didnt have a pepper and left out the vinegar, cut the sugar down to 1 T, turned out great, thank you!

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions
I received The Pampered Chef rice cooker as a xmas gift, until then, I never cooked rice because it never turned out. Now it always does, perfectly and cuts cooking time to 1/3 I used Risotto for this recipe & added peas but the really tasty part is the caramelized onions and balsamic. Great recipe! Thanks!

Tuna Noodle Casserole I
Thank you for posting this recipe. I dont like mushroom soup and I usually use cream of celery soup for this but I was out of it so the white sauce was great and I will probably use that in the future vs soup. My husband doesnt like peas so I used a can of drained green beans which we buy in quantity and always have on hand. I also added some red pepper flakes and sprinkled with grated fresh Parmesan. Next time I will add tomato slices to the top then sprinkle with Parmesan and see what happens! Great recipe, thanks for posting.
