My cooking triumphs
learning to make home made pizza dough! I had worked at a pizza joint for about 4 years as a teen, and we always used a mix for the dough there. So, I always thought pizza dough was impossible to make at home. But, I found a recipe for homemade pizza dough here on allrecipes and it's great!!! I'll use it for the rest of my life:)
My cooking tragedies
scorched green beans (more than once), burnt biscuits, and a marshmallow explosion in the microwave.. I had left the marshmallows melting unsupervised, next thing I know, the entire microwave was overflowing with fluff!

Creamiest Rice Pudding
This recipe is excellent. We think it tastes just like Kozy Shack's. I always make it in the crock pot. I throw the 1/2 gallon milk, 1 cup white rice, and 1 cup of milk in the crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring midway. I then mix in the 1/4 cup milk, three eggs, and vanilla slowly, whisking the entire time until mixed. Then I put the lid on and wait 20-30 minutes. I cool and store the pudding in the fridge while leaving it in the crock pot. We don't put anything else in it at all. I love it as-is. Enjoy!

Quick Yeast Rolls
Personally, I don't understand why anyone wouldn't like these rolls. They are delicious. They have a great yeast flavor and are very simple to make. You don't have to knead them and that takes out all of the work that goes into making rolls. The batter is gooey and that's how it's supposed to be. Try them as according to the recipe before you try to modify them! I'll never modify them. Oh, another thing. Now the recipe did say that this makes 8 rolls. We made 9 and they were pretty tall. I think we could even go with the whole 12 in the muffin tin next time and still have a big enough roll.

Easy Grilled Lemon Chicken
This is a delicious recipe. I think this recipe would work really great with grilled chicken wings. I plan on making wings this way in about a week.
