Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

I have made this for two separate baby showers - and both times it has been a hit. People always compliment how delicious it is - and ask for the recipe. Also, I love how gourmet it looks on the platter. When I make it I include the following variations: I half the salad dressing mix, and sprinkle fresh dill and paprika on the top.

Marzetti® Coconut Breaded Chicken with Crunchy Fruit Sauce

Very yummy - but because it's so sweet I would prefer to serve it as an appetizer in the future rather than as a main dish.
