Jeannie's Famous Potato Hamburger Casserole

This was very good! I just mixed some green bell pepper and onion in with the ground beef while it was frying, and it turned out good! I used frozen tater tots, but make sure you bake them before you use them in the casserole, or it'll never get done! Will make this again.

T's Sweet Potato Fries

These are sooo good! I cut them into wedges. I love that they are a little soggy in the inside. Makes them a lot better! I will continue to make these healthier alternatives to the white potatoes.

Chicken Salad

This was really good! I left out the water chestnuts and the celery because my family and I can't stand them!! Even if you leave these things out, it still turns out awesome. Will make again.

One Pot Pinto Beans

The Best Potato Salad

This is delicious! Ranch dressing makes everything better! I don't understand why you would cook the potatoes before you peel and cube them, though. It's so much easier to peel, cube then cook. Also, run cold water over potatoes to speed cooling. I didn't use peppers or olives or celery seed, and it still turned out fantastic. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Best Baked Chicken

This chicken was not good.......it was delicious!!! It is so moist and juicy. I used Stove Top stuffing and it turned out absolutely fantastic. A lot better for you than fried chicken, but just as tasty!

Pumpkin Roll I

This is delicious! The only thing I found that didn't work for me is that you HAVE to use wax paper. I buttered my pan, and it stuck like crazy! Good thing I iced that side so you couldn't see it. Next time, the only thing I would change is use wax paper!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Awesome! I used a little more potatoes and left out the celery because no one in my family will touch it. This is fabulous! This is the first time I have made potato soup and I look forward to making it a lot more this winter. This is also the first time I have eaten it with ham in it. This one is a keeper!

Roast Beef and Gravy

Could use a little more flavor. The liquid was so thin, there was no way you could use it as gravy. Still, it was a pretty good way to make a roast.

Banana Pudding IV

I made this for a family dinner and had 3 different people at 3 different times tell me this was the best banana pudding they had ever ate! This is fantastic! I didn't change a thing except I crumbled Nilla Wafers on top. I have already been asked to make this again for our next family get together. Thanks for a great recipe!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is the best zucchini bread I've ever ate! I used 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 3/4 cup white sugar and left the walnuts out. Absolutely delicious!! I made two more of these and put in 1 tsp of almond extract in addition to the vanilla. Fabulous!!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I couldn't find Mexican vanilla extract so I used plain vanilla extract. Still wonderful!! So delicious! Will be cooking this for family dinners from now on. Thanks for a great recipe!

Peanut Butter Pie I

Oh my goodness!! This is heavenly. I bought a Keebler chocolate crust just because I like to make everything easier. The pie is like a cheesecake. It is so good! I definitely will be making this for many years to come. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This was delicious! The only change I made was I added cornstarch when it was done to make it thick. I thought the whole point of stew was for it to be thick, not thin like a soup. After that, it was fabulous!!

Baked Spaghetti I

This is somewhat good. I found the spaghetti noodles to be a little too dry and not enough tomatoes. Next time, I will use more tomatoes and an extra can of soup. Overall, pretty good.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
