I can only give this recipe four stars because I changed a few things, but they tasted excellent! First, I put the chicken in a zip lock bag with some Tabasco sauce for about an hour. I also used Tabasco sauce instead of water with the eggs. And after reading some reviews, I decided to dip the chicken fingers in a mixture of melted butter and Tabasco sauce before the last few minutes of cooking time. I didn't have any Franks on hand, but the Tabasco sauce worked fine. Thanks for the recipe!
