I followed this recipe completely but I have to say that these were the worst pecan bars I have ever tasted. I was so dissapointed because all the reviews were so good. I don't know what happened but the taste of these is not good at all.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

I loved these cookies!! I did make some changes as well. I find that if you use 1/2 cup of shortening and 1/4 cup of butter you get a cookie that is not flat and not real fat either. I also used more cinnamon about 1 1/2 tsp. Will definately make these again.

White Velvet Cake II

My husband and I really enjoyed this but I wish I would have read the reviews first so I knew about the flour thing. Even though it was watery it was still yummy!!

Easy Plain Cake

This was the worst recipe I have ever gotten off of the website. I had to quick come up with something for a funeral dinner so I thought I would make this because it was quick and sounded like it would be good. I couldn't even serve it. I don't know if there was ingrediants that were left out of this printing or what but I will never make this again.

No Crust Coconut Pie

This did not turn out good at all. It didn't cook in the middle. I ended up putting it back in the oven for almost 20 minutes longer than it should have been and it still didn't cook in the middle. I wish I knew what went wrong.

Low Fat Chicken Tostadas

This is a great recipe for when you need a quick meal. My husband and I really enjoy this meal, it is so good you don't even know you are eating low fat food.

Quick Cake

This has got to be one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. Take it out of the oven and while it is still warm serve it with vanilla icecream, wow. My whole family loved it.
