I am a stay at home mother of two. My son is 7 and my daughter is 3. My husband is a Dentist from Minnesota, and I am from Colorado. I was a Medical Assistant until just recently. I decided to stay at home, because I enjoy cooking and being with my children. Also, the rising cost of child care made going to work unreasonable. I am thoughly enjoying staying at home. I especially like being able to practice my baking skills! I love cooking pasta dishes of any kind. My whole family loves Italian food in general. Cooking large meals together on holidays. I love to show how much I've learned in a year and give cooking tips to my mom. My mother rarely cooked, so i didn't have a teacher persay. I taught myself to cook be watching T.V and trial & error (mostly error). I always seem to burn myself no matter how careful I am! Any suggestions? I'm considering body armour.
