About this Cook
I am 21 have been married for almost two years and I have one daughter with another on the way. I love my family very much, and making my husband happy is a priority. We don't have a great budget so I like to look for recipes that involve everyday ingerdients, and not very many of them. So if anyone has any special recipes they cook when low on budget or when they firsted started life together please feel free to contact me. PLEASE!! I want something that is still very tasty eventhough kind of cheap.
My favorite things to cook
My hubby loves the way I cook, so I would say that because of him I am pretty confident. I love to bake homemade bread, rolls, cinnamon rolls, italian food, mexican food, and anything really fresh and made from scratch. I don't like frozen meals or boxed dinners like hamburger helper. I like to make everything pretty much fresh. I make a lot of homemade things up to pancakes, waffles, and even the syrup that goes on them. From my frostings on cakes to my actual cakes. I wish I was better at making baby food. But like I said earlier our budget is not that great right now.
My cooking triumphs
My cooking tragedies
I have had one tragedy that I can think of. One day I made peachy chicken and apparantley one of the people who was over did not like it. They ate not even half of the meal but ate the whole dessert. Although my husband said it was really good, and the other person ate all of there meal, and I that it was okay. I consider it a tragedy because usually anything I make everyone will like and this is the first time I had someone obviously not like there meal.

Stuffed Peppers
These are sooooo good!!! My hubby was so impressed. Like other users I did add some things like paprika and italian style diced tomatoes, but the foundation of this recipe is what makes it the best. It is sooooo good!!! I will be making this for years and years to come. Thaks for such a great one!!!

Broiler S'mores
This was so good. I am preggo and was craving something sweet and QUICK it's the middle of the night!!! I didn't have any crackers so I toasted some wheat bread with brown sugar over it. I then cut into 4 pieces and just followed the rest of the steps. All I can say is my craving is satisfied and so is my baby!!!!
