World's Best Potato Salad

I decided to make this for a cookout that we had at my house and it was a hit! I couldn't keep my hands off of it. Even my significant other, the man that despises potato salad, like it! I did add the dill pickle that another reviewer suggested and half and half yellow onions and scallions, but other than that I kept it the same and it is perfect. This will be the recipe I turn to for now on! Thank you for the recipe. Happy cooking. :)

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

This is fantastic! My family and friends, like me, enjoyed the just sweet enough creamy slaw at a large cookout that we had at our home. I used mayo instead and left out the poppy seeds. It was good before chilling but I made the night before and it was even creamier! So good, I can't wait to make more. This is definitely the slaw recipe for me! Thanks and Happy Cooking. :)

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These brownies are fantastic! I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet and lightly floured them before mixing in the batter (so they don't sink to the bottom) and they were a hit! Next time I am going to follow one reviewer's tip and do half white sugar and half brown. This is my favorite brownie so far! Thank you for the recipe and Happy Cooking! Update: I have made this multiple times and included milk/semi-sweet/peanut butter chips a couple of times. If you prefer a more candy like fudge brownie then the white/brown sugar mixture is a must! My sweetie took these to work for a luncheon and they were quickly gone leaving another's brownies for the next day. ;)

Five Flavor Pound Cake II

This cake was fantastic, everyone I make it for loves it even the pickiest eaters. I am always changing up the flavors and sometimes even add a bit of rum to the recipe. The only thing that I do differently is brushing on the glaze in layers while the cake is still hot so that it can soak into the cake. Then I chill the cake for a few hours then add powdered sugar to the glaze mixture and add a final coat before serving or wrapping individually. Thank you very much for this great recipe, I will cherish it always.
