Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
I followed the recipe but the roast I cooked was boneless. It was okay...the meat was a little stringy and chewy. Won't make again.

Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I loved these mashed potatoes. So easy to make and delicious. This is the first time I did not use an entire stick of butter in my mashed potatoes. I am sure the Yukons had a lot to do with that. I left a little bit of the peel and they turned out fantastic. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I will use it everytime I make mashed potatoes!

Makeover Morning Glory Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2010
Trying to find some good, nutricious, not so sweet snacks for my 15 mo. old granddaughter. She loves these, so we call them KK's Muffins. Thanks for the recipe.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2010
I thought it was delicious as did the rest of my family. I even took some to work and was told it was the best Irish Soda bread they had ever eaten. I did add raisins, and before serving just a little smear of butter. It was yummy. Thanks for the recipe! I will make it every St. Patty's day.

Dijon Yogurt Dressing

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
I love this dressing. I use it on bow-tie pasta, cut up with tomatoes, avocado slices and shredded romano cheese. I substituted yogurt with lite mayonnaise and the Dijon with reg. yellow mustard. Delicious!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
FINALLY - I found a banana bread recipe that equals my sister's. Been trying since 1985! She won't share her recipe so I've been on a quest to find the best. I like my BB cakey, not wet and heavy, so this definitely fit the bill. I used vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream, added a dash of cinnamon and more nuts than called for. It was delicious! I am making this BB, taking it over to my sister's house and telling her "nanny nanny boo boo!" Thanks for the recipe, I love it!
