Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
So delicious! Made it gluten and dairy free without altering it much at all. Used Smart Balance instead of butter and some finely ground oats in place of the flour in the topping and Almond milk in place of the cream. The seasoning in the potatoes is perfect. I did cut back a little bit on the sugar (I used brown). I baked the potatotes until they were super soft and used a mixer to mash to eliminate the strings! SUPERB!

Banana Wake-Up Bars
I made these gluten and dairy free!! And they turned out awesome! I just ground up some oats in my food processor until they were the texture of flour. And I used Smart Balance instead of butter. And flax meal instead of wheat germ. I left the rest of the recipe the same -- except I did add more bananas (I used 3) because I needed to get rid of them. I also made them in muffin tins just so they would be smaller portions to freeze! Ok - so I did modify it alot - but still an Awesome recipe! Thanks!

Bourbon Slush
Yummy! I have made this drink several times! It always get rave reviews. We take it to the beach every year. I freeze a big batch in ziploc bags then we scoop it out as needed and pour on ginger ale (diet:) I make these a little stronger than the recipes calls for - but they are good either way! OH -- and I do little or no sugar!! It is pretty sweet already with all the juices. I will sometimes add a little (1/4 cup or so)
