Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Everyone from kids to great-grandmother loved the results of this recipe! It was easy, too!
I used the mushroom/cream of chicken combo, and the chicken cooking water, although about 3/4C. less than called for, as it seemed soupy rather than saucy when mixing. The cheese topping is a nice touch, and whatever you have on hand or prefer can be substituted...I have not had mozzarella, and think that would be good though perhaps bland. The cheddar I used both times I made this, added zing.
