Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

I really enjoyed this. I made sauce exactly as written and was very good. Since then i have made several times to suit my taste. It is excellent if you add chicken strips, peas or asparagus and lots and lots of garlic! YUM

Crab Cakes with Red Pepper Sauce

I am rating this on the red pepper sauce alone as I have another crab cake recipe I use. I followed the recipe exact for the sauce and it is the perfect compliment for crab cakes.

Potato Chips

oh my god these are really good for something so easy to make. made exactly as told and they make a good little snack. I have also made these with some cayenne pepper to spice up a little. A definite keeper

Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Followed reciped exact and these are the BEST! I marinated for about 2 or 3 hours and I did not find that they were too sweet at all, but i love maple. These were the first to go and had several people call asking for the recipe! definitely a keeper

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Ok, like all my other reviews i made this as written before i made any changes. I really enjoy cream with diced tomatoes. I made this with regular pasta, and heavy cream, which was great of course!! i then made it with whole grain pasta, 1/2 and 1/2, and just a little bit of sausage (i think the recipe calls for too much sausage). I still thought it was excellent. Of course it depends on your taste. I think it is a winner either as written or in the lower fat version.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

I enjoyed this recipe and it was amazingly simple and quick to put together. I used bow tie pasta with red and yellow peppers, added some chicken strips, and used fat free sour cream. I took the advice of other members by waiting to add the sour cream and chicken broth at last minute. Sauce was flavorful and creamy. Thanks for the tip! I also did only use half the cayenne the recipe asked for and I found that plenty spicy for me. This re-heated great for lunches. Would make again.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

I really enjoyed these. They are good as written but i also make with onions and sautee in oil oil. Also, I do not like a lot of sauce on my food so i only put enough sauce to coat the veggies. Delish! I will be keeping this recipe

Roast Beef Tenderloin with Cranberry-Red Wine Sauce

I made exactly as written....this was very good and very easy to make. I did not care for the sauce by itself but it does compliment the meat well. I used merlot and cranberry juice for the sauce so it has a strong craberry taste...if you do not care for that kind of flavor you may not like the sauce..I may also try a lighter red wine next time. Like others i ended up using a little cornstarch to thicken and it still came out good. Will make again

Hot Onion Dip

Everyone really enjoyed this. I made it as is but felt it was capable of more flavor. Second time I saute the onions and added some garlic. I also exchanged only parm cheese for 2 cups Italian blend cheese. I will definitely make this again.
