Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2008
this is the very best chicken pot pie I have ever had. I made this the other day and my family flipped over. My son who hates everything had two servings. The crust is light and flaky and the chicken was so tender. It was wonderful!! The only extra ingredient that my family requested next time is PEAS!!! It was great!!

Mock Apple Pie III

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
This is so superb. I had this many years ago and did not believe it was not made with apples. For the longest time I looked for the recipe but could not find it. FINALLY I found it and made it for my husband and dinner guests. My husband knew what the ingredients were and was reluctant to even try it, but he did. He was literally speechless, and amazed, so were our guests. Superb!!! Without a doubt

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
My family absolutely loved this!!!! I am not a big fan of chipped beef, as a matter of fact not at all, but my husband and my son devoured it!!! Simple, quick. The only thing I did different is instead of cayenne pepper I used lots of black pepper and a splash of Graces Hot sauce. Thank you for a delightful receipe..

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Love this recipe!! I use this for company when I make a Filet Mignon roast, but my sister in law gave me similar recipe, but you toast in a frying pan some walnuts till the oils begin to come out then you through them in a food processor and pulverize them and mix them with the bleu cheese butter. Yummy!!!

Cola Pot Roast I

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
I made this recipe the other day on a whim. Did not have time to make it in a slow cooker, but made it on the stove in 3 hours it was the best, and I repeat, the best pot roast I have ever had and my family raved about it and I have passed the recipe on to about 6 other people. It is so amazingly spectacular so much so I would serve it for a special dinner for guests. The only other thing I added was cut up carrots ( big chunks) oh my were they ever flavorful. this one is a winner!!!!!!!

Creamy Broccoli Casserole

Loved this recipe, so did my dinner guests. The only thing I did different was I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen and I cooked it just until tender because it cooks more in the oven

This is by far the best homemade Ranch dressing I have ever had. It is always a tremendous hit when ever I make it (which is all the time) The only thing I added was 1/3 cup of buttermilk. Love this recipe. Very refreshing summer salad dressing.

Fresh Green Chile Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
I love this recipe!! It is so hearty, and extremely easy to make. I made two cause I make slices in the morning and eat it on my way to work when I am in a hurry, which is most of the time. The only thing I did different is, I added mushrooms, and I had a ham steak that I cut into bite size pieces, and it was really delicious. Next time I might try ground sausage. Love this thanks alot

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2010
My family absolutely loved this. My husband made it on a charcoal grill, with wood, and it was so outstanding. The only thing I changed, is that I cut the chipotle powder to 3 tsp instead of 3 tbs, (glad I did) especially since the powder was fresh!! Loved this
