Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
I followed the recipe, but added more wine than called for (evening out the stock to still equal 6-1/2 cups of liquid). This was superb. Even leftover the flavors were wonderful!!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
Delicious! I used one extra garlic clove, but otherwise I followed the recipe to the "T." Made it for our Life Group Bible Study and it was gone in less than 5 minutes!

Savory Grilled Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2011
Once you try this, you'll understand why it's highly rated. This is a great way to serve potatoes off the grill. I made it exactly as the original recipe and everyone RAVED about how delish they were! This is a keeper...

Grill Dough

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
We use this recipe for WAY more than grilling! Makes yummy dough for regular pizza in the oven and can be easily used for garlic knots, too! This one's a keeper.

Garlic Lover's Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
I made this with Whole-Wheat Flour instead of bread flour, as another reviewer suggested. It was very good and had a nice garlic flavor. But, next time I think I'll try it with the bread flour called for to get a thicker crust.

Fried Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
Wow! Wish I happened upon this years ago to save from the mess of breading zucchini. I'm going to try this mixture with other veggies, too! I followed the recipe pretty exaclty, except I used 1/4 cup hole-Wheat Breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup cornmeal instead of only the cornmeal. Delish!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
I'm a vegetarian but I made these for my husband who loves meat. He RAVED about how moist and delicious these were. This will be my go-to recipe from now on for ribs! I guess I'll need to start experimenting with barbecue sauces to make this "my own." :o)

Jalapeno Popper Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
This was definitely a hit at our Super Bowl Party. Does taste very much like a Jalapeno Popper. Next time I may try to drizzle the top with a raspberry sauce, like the dippers you get with a Popper.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
These truly are the BEST scones... I have tried other scones which came out dry and hard but these came out perfect! I made several variations for a Bridal Tea Party- blueberry, chocolate chip and cranberry-orange. They were all a hit and devoured! Perfect with some Lemon Curd. I will use this recipe from now on whenever I need to make scones!
