Yogurt Chicken
Made this with crushed matzo vs breadcrumbs, lots of spices, and 1/2 C of flat leaf parsley over the top. I put butter under the chicken, but none over. It was a hit! Pleasant, mild flesh, with a complex interesting coating. The lemon-yogurt cut down some of the spiciness.

Marinated Tuna Steak
Simple, wonderful recipe! I pan-seared the steaks. Next time I'll cut down on the soy sauce, and serve with a walnut-apricot couscous and a salad. But this time, I ate up the fill all by itself :)

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
My girlfriend and I made these to celebrate the inauguration, and we were thrilled! I suggest cutting the salt slightly, but they're yummy just as they are. Even the batter is eatable.
