I've found that BUTTER needs an extra minute of rolling boil time compared to MARGARINE. My family loves these cookies. They are easy to make with ingredients on hand. I usually cut the recipe in half to make 15 small cookies.

Easy Lima Beans

Tasty & healthy dish, but I didn't like the onion texture in these, so I substitute 1/2 tsp of onion powder. You also can substitute bouillon for the broth. Salt to taste.

Kiki's Borracho (Drunken) Beans

Healthy & easy! I've made this several times and found that it turns out better with a dark beer like Guinness. Also, I save on ingredients by using canned diced Italian tomatoes and canned diced tomatoes w/ jalapeno.

Asparagus Guacamole

Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Good comfort food and easy to make. I've never had a problem with the loaf falling apart, but I only use one egg. I like a bit of Worcestshire mixed in the ketchup, and I like to coat the sides of the loaf, too. Usually I omit the sausage because I have a small family and because sausage is expensive & unhealthy. Thanks for the recipe!

Marinated Cheese

Great for parties! Guests rave about the presentation and taste. It's just as good if you substitute Italian dressing for the dressing mixture. It's also delicious (although not as pretty) if you use hot pepper cheese instead of cheddar.

Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub

Excellent & easy. This tastes as good as any pricey restaurant steak. Thanks for the great recipe. Grilling tip: leave the meat out of the fridge for about 30 min before grilling. It's easier to get the level of doneness you want this way.
