Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

Changed recipe only slightly...used jumbo lump crab instead of clams, both red and green bell pepper, no garlic. These were fantastic! Rave reviews from guests at a Christmas Eve party!

Use this when I feel a cold/cough coming on. I brew a regular sized cup of decaf tea and leave a little room at the top. Then I add the juice of 1/2 a lemon, honey, and whiskey - I am not a big fan of the flavor of whiskey so go light on that, probably use a half of a shot glass. Very soothing and relaxing on a rainy night!

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Gave it 4 stars because I did tweak just a bit: Used about a tablespoon of minced fresh onion instead of dried. Used 1 teaspoon of regular mustard instead of powder. Omitted garlic powder because I don't like it. But it was delicious! Ate it on Friehoffer's Country White bread. Yum!

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

I must have rolled these too thin - the first batch burned to a crisp! Used mini holiday cookie cutters to make for friends. Easy to make - just throw everything into your stand mixer and let it go! I suggest lowering the oven temp and bake longer at a lower temp to avoid the burning. Also, rotate or flip during baking. My subsequent batches turned out much better using the lower temp/longer bake time method.

Banana Pudding IV

I would give this 10 stars if I could - simply AMAZING!!! I made this for my boyfriend and he went nuts over it - finished the whole pan in like 2 days! I even loved it and I am not a big banana person. Great and easy recipe!

Easy Peach Cobbler

Delish! I followed the suggestions of others and combined the cream cheese and butter with the cake mix until it was soft and mushy like a batter, then spread it on top of the fruit - I added fresh blueberries to mine. This took a little longer, because it took a while to cream the cake mix/cream cheese/butter but the results were well worth it! Also, I didn't use all of the batter, about 3/4 of it, so fruit peeked through here and there, and I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top of the whole thing befor baking.
