Great recipe - I forgot the egg as I'm not used to using it in bread recipes, but it still turned out REALLY good. We used a hot frypan with a coating of butter and once cooked we stacked the breads with a dab of butter and a smear of minced garlic between (not diet friendly but fine as a treat).

Tofu Parmigiana
This was an easy and delicious quick meal. I froze the (firm) tofu and then left it to thaw during the day while at work. When I was ready to cook dinner, I pressed down on the slab of tofu to remove excess water and then cut through the middle (edgeways) of the slab. I quickly cooked the two slabs in a little olive oil, and sprinkled the slabs with garlic salt whilst they were cooking. I tipped 1/2 a can of italian herbed tomatoes into the oven dish, added the browned tofu and a sprinkling of parmesan, and then added the remaining tomatoes. Mozzarella cheese on top, then into the oven for 20 mins. Served with a green salad for a super speedy, yummy, low carb dinner! In summer I will add fresh basil leaves when serving.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
Very nice, and very quick. Wouldn't really call it a pizza dough but it serves the purpose of being a base to serve pizza toppings on when time is short. I too added baking powder, more flour, and reduced the egg to one. Will definitely use again when time is short. Thanks for sharing! :)
