Kept everything as is, except used 1 teaspoon dried parsley and instead of garlic salt used garlic powder. These are so good! ! !

Easy Mexican Casserole

very good! I had only 1 1/2 cups salsa to use, didn't have green onion so ommited that. I'm sure the green onion would make this even better. Also only used 1 cup of mexican cheese. Will be making this one again! :) Reminded me of nachos.

Luck 'O The Irish Brownie

Made today for St. Patty's these are awesome! And so fun to make! Yes I cut corners and used a box mix brownie. I let brownies cool in the pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes then put in the fridge to cool for another 30. I also let the middle and top layers cool for 30 minutes each.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

I used chicken tenders, didn't have broccoli so I added frozen peas. Added more milk till I got the consistency I wanted for the sauce. Other than that left as is, this is a great quick fix and the sauce definatly taste better than store bought.

Sensational Chicken Noodle Soup

This is such an awesome quick and easy soup. I added some onion an sauteed all of my veggies in a little butter to start, then added the broth an brought to a boil. I used leftover turkey for the meat, an bow tie pasta since that is what I had on hand, 1/2 cup did not seem like enough so I bumped to 1 cup. I seasoned with a little salt & lots of pepper also added some fresh flat leaf parsley since I had some. OH! I did add two 1/4 teaspoons of garlic powder since I didn't have any garlic cloves. 1/4 tsp of garlic powder is the equivalent to one garlic clove. Just thought I would throw that little tip out there. This soup is a must try. I will be making this again and next time I think I will even add in some frozen green peas.

Crispy Chicken Strips

Very crispy! We've made this recipe twice this week. Definatly recommend add some more seasonings though. Oh and I just used one egg instead of egg substitue. 5 STARS!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

We make this all the time, My family loves it! My grandma adds sliced sausage, her friend adds shrimp. And I'm thinking about adding sliced kielbasa. This is so good!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Used italian bread crumbs, ommited the sherry since I didn't have any. I liked this recipe but found the gravy to be salty...So probably won't add the seasoning salt to the gravy next time.

Campbell's Kitchen Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

We all love these enchiladas! I do everything exactly the same but after I put the sauce mixture over the enchiladas, I put more shredded montery jack cheese on top with green onion and tomato. Its so pretty! and taste even better with extra cheese :)

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

I added some chopped onion in with the kielbasa and potatos. Then added shredded cheddar cheese over the top, for the last ten minutes of baking.

I love these! For toppings we used sliced olives, pepperoni, and chopped green bell pepper all on whole wheat english muffins. They were stacked!

Savory Tater Tot Casserole

Used other reviewers advice and browned the meat with onion and some minced garlic before baking. I also used two cans french cut green beans, and two cans cream of mushroom soup. Instead of using mixed frozen veggiess and the cream of chicken. Everyone loved it!
