Chicken Jerusalem I

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
This was my first try at brittle. I used salted mixed nuts instead of peanuts and it turned out awesome! It never reached 300 degrees on the candy thermometer but checked out good in the water test at 260. It has the perfect crunch to it, not too hard like some brittle gets.

Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce
This cake was to die for! I didn't really care for the caramel sauce (I think it was the lemon juice) but the cake was so awesome it didn't need sauce.
