Fresh Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
These cookies are very yummy, I personally like a lot of ginger so I doubled the amount of ginger and also added some cinammon, nutmeg and cloves. I never have molasses so I always use honey when I make these. A very good cookie and you almost don't have to feel guilty because ginger is so good for you!

McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
Great recipe, I saw it and I said to myself now that's a gingerbread cookie! I did have a problem rolling them out but that is only because I added a little too much butter and was to impatient to let them rest in the fridge for 4 hours. So I made them like a drop cookie and they turned out really good!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2010
This chicken is awesome I made some small changes, used brown sugar instead of white and I made extra rub and rubbed it under the skin along with some softened butter. I also lowered the cooking temp. started at 450 degrees F then 425, then finished at 375 because my oven runs hot. The chicken came out so flavourful and juicy everybody loved it!

Easy Banana Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2010
these were good but i think the cheap chocolate i used kinda ruined them and i would only use one egg like the original recipe says because they were a little eggy with two
