Pancakes I

Made this recipe a couple of times now and it always turns out great. Very flavorful as the recipe is written, and I have also made some "special" ones too. I added a 1/2 tsp of vanilla, and that was super. This morning I added some diced ham to the batter for "Hamcakes", one of my families favorites. Anyway, the basic batter is foolproof, and can be made into many variations without worry. This is definitely a keeper.

Moo Shu Pork

This has become one of my familes favorites. I actually use left over pork chops to make it. I cut the meat into little strips and add it to the sauce and vegies. On occasion, I have also added a little bit of Chinese Five Spice. Wonderful recipe as written, or adjusted to your own taste.

Molten Chocolate Cakes

This is the best recipe have have made for Molten Cakes. It is perfect for a nice romantic evening at home, and sooo easy and quick to put together, so you aren't kept away from your "date" too long.

Candy Apple Salad

WOW!!! This is the best. I can't believe how the ingredients come together to taste so different. I have tried several different kinds of apples, but the granny smith work the best. Have recieved many compliments on this salad, so I feel it is a definite keeper. Thanks for sharing it.

Apple and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken Breast

I made this dish for guests, and they couldn't stop raving about it. The flavors blended together and compliment each other wonderfully. This recipe is definitely a keeper!! I have also done this with adding a stick of string cheese rolled inside. Yummy!

Red Raspberry Vinaigrette

This is awesome!! It is much better than any dressing I have bought. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe and loved it. The next time I added 1 tsp of gourmet mustard and it added a whole new depth to it. Either way is fantastic.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

When I was making this, I thought it was going to be too much frosting for a 9x13 cake, but I was wrong, it worked out perfect. I followed other suggestions to add a little cornstarch, and it was perfect. I made this recipe for a birthday cake for my father's 80th, and got numerous compliments on it. Everyone loved it.

Cardamom Chicken with Salt and Pepper Crust

AWESOME is the only word that I can use to describe this chicken. It is definitely going to be one of my families regular dishes. Flavor is wonderful, and very easy to make.

Mexican Mole Sauce

This is awesome. I have made it several times, both by the original recipe and also with changes suggested by other reviews. Any way you make it, it seems to come out wonderful. A never fail recipe. I recommend you give it a try, and adjust to your own tastes.

Rhubarb Dream Bars

I did not care for this recipe at all. The crust was too hard, and the custard too sweet. Actually covered up the taste of the rhubarb. I do not recommend.
